I offer two types of massage, relaxation and wellness. Relaxation offers light to medium pressure and focuses on calming the nervous system. Wellness massage offers deeper pressure and myofascial stretch techniques to help combat chronic pain or a particular issue you're battling.

Reflexology can help with chronic conditions such as plantar fasciitis, PTSD, circulatory issues, migraines and anxiety.

Through massage tense muscles are released, soothed and loosened which helps with regain hair and skin health, improve concentration and release stress and tension.
